Circus Workshops
Earth Bound Misfits Ltd have been conducting circus skill workshops since 1995 and in that time have become one of Lincolnshires leading mobile circus arts tutition groups. We have developed our workshops to be a unique, fun, circus experience that absolutely anyone can join in with. Workshops can be conducted for children and adults, they can be part of any event including parties, fun days, fetes, festivals and school activities.

Workshops come in two forms:
Drop In sessions
This is our most popular type of workshop, normally as part of a bigger event where the public can come and go as they please from the circus workshop area. This requires more members of Misfit staff to carry out a safe workshop enviroment.
Structured Sessions
This is a Structured single workshop or series of workshops where the participants are taught the chosen skills step by step .
This means the participants will be in the workshop enviroment for the whole term of the lesson .
Workshop structure:-

No Frills pop up (Outdoor or Indoor) you provide the venue and workshop area.

Outdoor Deluxe pop up (Outdoor) you provide the venue we provide the outdoor workshop area.

Workshop in a Marquee, this is an all weather option, marquee size starting at 20 ft by 20ft

Not all the skills listed will be carried out during every workshops, as some require special arrangement i.e. transport. So if there is a particular skill you would like to partake in please let us know.
SPECIFICATIONS
* All workshop space must be able to be controlled i.e. not allowing anyone except the participants to enter the workshop area. This is very important for both safety and security.
Specifications :- Dependant on group size depends on how big the indoor space has to be, ceiling height of no less than 10ft.
Most events are unique and space size would need to be discussed, dependant on size of event and number of expected visitors. Minimium space required for Big top is 30 metres.

Key members of the Earth Bound Misfit workshop team have current first aid certificates and child protection training Every member of the Misfits teaching team hold an up to date enhanced disclosure certificate.
The Company has public liability insurance Indemnity Limit of £5,000,000 and all activities are risk assesed and all copies of the above can be attained upon request.
